A one day trip to the Garden Route’s unique free-flight and free roaming sanctuaries where you can get up close and personal with our feathered friends, monkeys and some of Africa’s most endangered cat species.
09h00: Our shuttle will pick you up at your place of stay in Plettenberg Bay or Knysna.
10h00-13h00: Spend three hours viewing the diverse and colourful birds in Birds of Eden’s largest free-flight aviary in the world, aswell as a guided tour through Monkeyland’s indigenous forest where you will meet monkeys from all corners of the earth.
A restaurant at Monkeyland offers delicious light lunches and snacks.
14h00: The shuttle will transport you down the road to Tenikwa Wildlife Centre where your support gives hope to many of Africa’s endangered cat species.
An hours guided tour will introduce you to these furry creatures and allow you to observe their lives in as natural environment as possible.
15h30: The shuttle will return you to Plett or Knysna.
