Tsitsikamma Backpackers is a four star backpackers situated in Stormsriver Village along the scenic Garden Route.
We offer a home away from home experience situated in a lush green garden. We have clean and spacious rooms and the best potjiekos in town!
There are 3 lovely en-suite rooms, 2 double rooms with sharing bathroom, 8 tents that lend themselves to comfortable camping, a self-catering kitchen and inside and outside braai areas. This all at an affordable rate.
Relax at the cosy little bar with pool table, fooz ball and darts.
Group bookings are also welcome but please note we are a relaxed and tranquil backpackers, NOT a party vibe. Our bar is fully licensed so no private alcohol is allowed, sorry.

Hard Pear (#1): (Sleeps 2) Double room with en-suite bathroom. Towels provided.
Pomegranate (#2): (Sleeps 2) Double room with shared communal bathroom. This room has a king size bed that can be made into 2 single beds on request. Towels provided. Mountain views.
Honey Badger (#3): (Sleeps 6) Dorm Room with 3 bunk beds and en-suite bathroom. Lockers in the room. Mountain views. Please no children under 16 yrs., unless whole dorm is booked.
Evergreen (#4): (Sleeps 4) Room with 2 bunk beds and shared bathroom. Lockers in room. Garden views. Please note no children under 16 yrs., unless the whole room is booked.
Family:
Kingfisher (#5): (sleeps 4) Family room situated upstairs with a king size bed, a double bunk bed and en-suite bathroom. Forest views. TV with selected channels. Towels provided.
Yellowwood / Forest Buzzard (#6): (Sleep 4) Both these rooms have a king size bed as well as a double bunk bed and en-suite bathrooms. Own entrance with patio. TV with selected channels. Towels provided.
Glamping (#8): (Sleep 2 each) These 8 tented units are a step up from camping with beds, bedding and electricity inside. Glamping is the new camping with convenience and comfort. Each tented unit has 2 single beds with its own patio and chairs situated in our garden. There is an outdoor boma area for braais as well as communal bathrooms and toilets inside. The communal kitchen as well as all the other facilities are available to all. Each tent has an inside and outside light, international plug point as well as a coffee table. Please note space is limited and suitcases can be stored under the bed.
